General

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply view the item you wish to purchase, select the appropriate size, and click the “Add to Cart” button. Follow the instructions shown to complete your order.

(Please note that first-time customers are required to sign up for an account with us before they can make a purchase.)

Please note that you will either need a credit/debit card or a PayPal account to make orders.

*IMPORTANT! – Please return to our website after making your payment at PayPal to complete the transaction!

Q: I do not have a PayPal account. How do I make payments with my credit/debit card?
A: When you arrive at the PayPal website prompting you to log in, look at the bottom left for a text that says “Don’t have a PayPal account?”. Click “continue” and proceed accordingly.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are an Internet Retailer based in Singapore.

Q: Do you have a shop?
A: No. We do not have a physical store yet, but we are considering opening one in future. However, we do deliver to most countries.

Q: Can I contact you by phone?
A: Yes you may at +65 81138173. We also respond to emails promptly.

Q: Do you wholesale?
A: Yes we do. Do contact us should you have any queries regarding purchasing our apparel wholesale.

Q: Do I have to pay taxes on my purchases?
A: All product prices shown on our website already includes the Singapore Goods & Services Tax (GST), which is currently 7%.

Q: What currency does MIC use?
A: USD.

Delivery & Shipping Info

Q: What are you shipping charges?
A: At MIC, shipping is free! However, if you wish to have your orders sent via Express Mail, you will be charged a flat rate of 15 Pounds.

Q: Can someone else sign for my delivery?
A: Yes. Anyone at the specified address can sign for the order.

Q: If I am not at my specified address at the time of delivery, what will happen?
A: The deliveryman will leave you a note. There will be instructions on the note on how you can obtain your package.

Payments

Q: What cards do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as payments by PayPal.

Q: Am I able to pay by any other method?
A: Unfortunately, we currently only accept payments by credit/debit card and PayPal.

Q: Can I trust your website with my credit card information?
A: All payments, including credit and debit card, will go through the PayPal website. PayPal provides a secure payment method by using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits, which is currently the highest level commercially available. You can find out more about PayPal at www.paypal.com.

Q: When will my bank be charged for my purchase?
A: The moment you complete your transaction with PayPal, PayPal will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorization to receive the payment from your account.

If the payment is authorized, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order within several minutes.

If your payment is not authorized, or there are some issues with your order, you will be contacted via email regarding the issue.

Q: Do you keep my credit/debit card information?
A : No. We do not handle any credit/debit card information at all as all payments are processed via PayPal.

Q: Which currency are the transactions carried out with?
A: All transactions will be carried out in United Kingdom Pounds.

Products

Q: How many of each product do you hold?
A: Rest assured that all of MIC’s products are unique and limited in stock. We do not intend to produce designs twice. Alternatively, you may be able to view the stock quantity for each design when you view our products.

Q: Where can I find more information on your products?
A: All information about our products is on the product page. We will include as much information as possible on the products page. However, if you have any other enquiries regarding our products, do email us at info@mic-ware.com. We will be at our best to satisfy your needs.

Orders

Q: I have placed an order, but I would like to change it. What do I do?
A: This will depend on the status of your order.
You can check the status of your order by logging in and clicking “View the orders I have made” under “My Orders”.

You may change your order for another item of the same value or lower, depending on the status of your order. If it is “Pending” or “Processing”, it is still possible to change your order.

Do email us at orders@mic-ware.com with your order number and the changes you wish to make to your order.

However, if your order is delivered, changes to your order will not be possible.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Currently, we do not process cancellations or refunds for orders. However you may change your order for another item of the same value or lower, depending on the status of your order.

You may check the status of your order by logging in and clicking “View the orders I have made” under “My Orders”. If it is “Pending” or “Processing”, it is still possible to change your order.

Drop us an email at orders@mic-ware.com with your order number and let us know that you want to change your order.

We apologize that if you order is delivered, change of orders are not possible.

Q: Do you make refunds for orders?
A: Our apologies. Currently, we do not make refunds.

Q: My product is defective! What should I do?
A: MIC checks and packs our products personally and sincerely. We ensure that all is done to guarantee quality of our product from when you make your order to when you receive it.
However we will only do returns for defective items if required. Please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery at returns@mic-ware.com to inform us about your defective product. After which you must deliver the package back within the same 30 days and notify us immediately after sending the package out.

We will replace your product with a new one when it reaches us within 3 weeks of your notification.
